Street workout spot on a playground with some basic exercise equipment. This calisthenics gym includes some monkeybars and a parallel bar. The parallel bar is ok for training dips, but the other bars are too low for calisthenics routines. Not the perfect workout spot for bodyweight fitness exercises.

Habe die Location vor Ort besucht und musst feststellen, dass die Stangen zu niedrig fürs Klimmzugtraining sind. Die Anordnung der Stangen wie ein Parallelbarren lässt sich aber gut für Dips nutzen. Leider schränkt dieser Fakt das Training aber sehr ein. Daher würde ich raten auf Ausweichspots ausserhalb Darmstadts auszuweichen.
