Calisthenics at FIBO 2018

The official page of the big Team Alpha Bar Calisthenics Booth @ FIBO 2018

We are happy to announce that we will be hosting Calisthenics at the Fibo this year again on the main calisthenics booth (Hall 4.1 -Booth A08)

Some of the things that will await you there:

- 1vs1 Freestyle Battles: Women and Mens Category. 16 men and 8 women will battle for the Title "Freestyle Barhero and Barheroine of Fibo 2018". The Competition will happen on Saturday, April 14th. More infos about the competition and the ruleset can be found on www.barheroes.events .

- Weighted Competition 1rep max, for men and also for women! [weighted Pullups/Chinups, weighted Dips, and weighted Pistol Squats with a dumbbell].

- Daily Calisthenics shows, challenges and giveaways

- Daily Workshops that you can join for free if you want to learn from us

- Daily Challenges and giveaways

- Calisthenics Experts which will be there for tips and advice all the time

- Big Calisthenics Area with open bars for everyone to use

- Some of the best austrian and german Calisthenics athletes which will be happy to help you out with your own training and to give away some advice if you ask them (For Example: Sven and El Eggs from Cali Move, Austrian Champion and Founder of Danube Calisthenics Achim Gölles, German weighted cali champ Micha Schulz,.. )

The timetable and the schedule is not fixed yet so just follow this eventpage if you want to be inormed about all details as soon as we know them, we still have to wait for further informations that the team of FIBO will give us until we can tell you everything else :)
