This is the largest and most scenic exercise course in the region with 61 stations covering over 1.4 miles. If you do all of the stations you will have done a total body workout including extensive stretching, upper body, core, and leg exercises. It is very scenic because most of the course is located on the wooded Covel channel and it finishes next to Northstar Park with two lakes. Also most of the course is fully shaded by trees to spare you from the Summer sun..
