Workout space:
Location – near the front entrance, along the running/walking path that loops around the park.
Shade – the small trees in the area provide little shade, so don’t forget the sunscreen.
Ground-type – padded rubber, a nice bonus
Equipment details: This workout area features the Energi Total Body Fitness System and two additional wheelchair-accessible (ADA) stations. Each station has large diagrams and directions of various exercises for beginner, intermediate, and advanced users.

Station 2 – Pulling, Back, Angle Bar & Hurdle Exercises
Station 3 – Squat, Dip, Push-Up & Balance Exercises
Station 4 – Power & Agility Step Exercises
Station 5 – Core, Torso & Balance Disc Exercises
Station 6 – PNF & Leg Extension Exercises (ADA), Tricep Strength & Torso Stability Exercises (ADA), and Upper-Body Cycling Exercises (ADA)
Station 7 – Overhead Press Exercises (ADA), Stretch Exercises (ADA), and Shoulder Stability & Strength Exercises (ADA)
