An often overlooked park, but given the ample parking, tranquility and the proximity to the 405 freeway makes this hidden gem one of the more convenient places to work out outdoors in Southern California.
This strip of land sports a 3/4 mile jogging path with circuit training spread out along the pathway. Fortunately, most of the calisthenic equipment is condensed in one area. There is a water fountain, dip station, pull up/chin up bars, benches, balance beam, and a climbing rope.
