+ It has a small climbing wall, you can climb around it, it has three sides
+ It has no fence surrounding the structure, and is for public use

It did have an public outdoor gym with machines app. 150 meters from it, but the city is currently making De groene loper (The Green Carpet).
So maybe it will come back when this project is finished. but I am not sure.
