Inside of the japanese garden of Düsseldorfs Nordpark there is a big metal framework with a lot of horizontal and vertical bars around. The height of the framework is great for doing pull ups or other stuff. To do dips you have to climb it.

Ich war gestern vor Ort und kann nur bestätigen, dass der Sport sich in einem schlechten Zustand befindet.
Außerdem habe ich ein Schild des Garten-, Friedhofs- und Forstamts auf dem folgendes steht: "KEIN SPORTGERÄT klettern und hangeln an der Pergola verboten"

Lange Zeit die Workout Location in Düsseldorf. Bereits seit Ende 2013 / Anfang 2013 wurde hier regelmässig Street Workout und Calisthenics trainiert. Die Parkour Jungs und Mädels trainieren hier bereits seit noch längerer Zeit. Leider hat sich die Situation Mitte 2014 stark verändert. Die ohne hin schon wacklige Konstruktion wurde teilweise abgesperrt und ist nicht mehr in Gänze verfügbar.

Der Spot selbst lässt sich immer noch für das Training nutzen, aber ist nicht mehr der Top-Spot in Düsseldorf.

Für Workouts empfiehlt sich aktuell die Stahlwerkstraße am Hauptbahnhof. Hier entstand Ende 2014 ein neuer kleiner aber guter Workout-Park.
