Pistol squats are one of the fundamental exercises to increase the strenght of your legs and lower body. It also need a lot of balancing skills and full body coordination to master this movement.
This exercises is performend on on leg by getting down and up slowly with the second leg straights forward. The bottom position is very close before the butt touches the the calv. It is very important to train booth sides in the same level.
