The squat sit is a basic movement for lower back flexibility and mobility. This natural movement is done by holding deepest possible squat position (calf touches thigh). The back position is straight while sitting.
Children control this position easily, while adults lose the ability to hold and have train again.

Learning this movement takes much advantage on squat performance. The benefits are stronger and resistant back and leg muscles.
