A Parkour Park is an outdoor facility built with obstacles designed for parkour and freerunning, the discipline of moving efficiently over and around obstacles using techniques such as vaulting, jumping, climbing, and rolling. Typical structures include walls of varying heights, railings, precision-jump posts, vault boxes, balance beams, and platforms placed at different heights and distances to simulate the kinds of obstacles found in urban environments, but built specifically for training rather than adapted from existing street furniture.

Activities practiced at a Parkour Park include vaults such as the speed vault, kong vault, and dash vault, precision jumps between platforms, wall runs and climb-ups, cat leaps, balance work along beams and rails, and rolls used to absorb the impact of jumps and landings. Layouts are typically designed to allow multiple lines and combinations through the same set of obstacles, supporting both structured drills and freestyle movement.

This type of facility is particularly suited to practitioners with an interest in movement efficiency, spatial awareness, and full-body coordination, spanning complete beginners learning basic vaults and rolls through to experienced traceurs (parkour practitioners) working on advanced combinations and speed runs. It also attracts freerunners and traceurs training for the more expressive, acrobatic side of the discipline, as well as coaches running structured parkour classes for children and adults.

Parkour as a discipline originated in France in the late 1980s and 1990s, developed by David Belle and the Yamakasi group from military obstacle-course training methods, and spread internationally through film, media, and international parkour communities from the 2000s onward. Purpose-built Parkour Parks became increasingly common from the 2010s as cities recognized parkour as a distinct discipline, and they are now found across Europe, North America, and a growing number of cities in Asia, Australia, and the Middle East, often built in partnership with parkour associations or specialized equipment manufacturers.
