Yes this is on YMCA property, but it’s open to the public. You do not need a membership to use this spot, and it seems to be open 24 hrs.

Apparently this is a spot that is outside but still on YMCA property behind a fenced in area. You are not allowed to go here unless you have membership with the YMCA. Its questionable if this spot should be included on this site. Its not a public access park.
