Calisthenics Parks Team dice 8 anni prima

Am 17.09.2016 sind wir "on the bar" an der Playparc-Anlage in Waldershof mit einem Calisthenics Workshop. Zusammen mit dem Team Loonybarz werden wir die Grundübungen des Bodyweight Training in einem gemeinsamen Workout erklären.
