Mind Body Lab is a new holistic health centre with it's own outdoor calisthenics rig and offers regular group calisthenics classes and workshops. The calisthenics gym is a work-in-progress and currently has a high bar, half bar, wide and narrow dip stations and ladder with plenty of kettle bells, weight plates, vests and belts. Portable equipment such as small parallettes, tall paraletttes, gymnastics rings and plyo boxes are available to use. The gym is completely free to use within business hours. There is also an indoor space with portable pull stations etc for poor weather conditions. Facilities include ample carparking space, toilets, cafe and as it's in the garden at Mind Body Lab, you can guarantee a quiet workout with nature as your sound track.
