Excellent upper-body workout park, good for parkour training. Sand underneath for a soft landing. 5 minutes run from the beach where there is additional workout equipment and a pleasant boulevard to run along. Usually quiet - you can often have the equipment here to yourself. Most bars overhead are quite high, and may be difficult for a shorter person to utilize.
