L-Sit is a fundamental bodyweight and gymnastics exercise increasing static shoulder strenght and core strenght. While keeping the leg in 90 degree position, the body is fixed by holding on parallel bars. The hip is tipped forward while scapulas are tighten.
L-Sit is the basic exercise to improve this movement leading up to v-sit throught frequent training.
