Dragonflag is a full body exercise with many advantages for core training and getting static power. This movement is well known because of its very popular user Bruce Lee to train abs and core strength.
The final execution of dragon flag contains a hold or up and down movement while keeping the body straight leaning on the scapula.

- Fixed grip behind neck
- Shoulder rotate outside to build tension
- Tip hip back
- Lower body is straight while up and down movement
- Controlled and slow movement
- Stop near ground but don´t lay down
