Windshield Wipers

Windshield wipers is a core exercise starting with legs straight up and body parallel to the ground while hanging at the bar. The goal is to move the leg like windshield wipers from the first to the other side and back for reps.
This movement trains the oblique core muscles and scapula while holding the body straight.
