Nice little calisthenics spot right by a lake and stream and the Tibbets Brooks waterpark. Nothing crazy but it gets the job done and its a beautiful spot right by the Empire State Trail, helps with getting a nice peace of mind and away from the craziness of the Bronx or some parts of Yonkers.
