The park is by the water and gets good shade early in the morning or later in the afternoon. Bars aren’t too slippery. Restrooms and water fountain nearby. Children’s playground is near. Mini police HQ near so it is safe. Closes at 9pm. Lots of parking but it does get busy on weekends.
