38yrs young. Been using calisthenics, bodyweight, strongman, and sprint modalities for about 5yrs. I feel most of this time has been r&d as I've really studied the strength game and put to practice what I've learned. I eat super well, drink lots of fluids, get great sleep, meditate, and enjoy the outdoors with my pup daily.
