Ben jij klaar voor een zeer speciale calisthenics city battle?

Op 23 september 2017 staan wij met alweer de 6e editie van CCB op Mud Masters in Biddinghuizen. (walibi holland)

De Mud Masters Obstacle Run zal dit jaar groots uitpakken om hun 5 jarig jubileum te vieren. Heel veel obstakels, Modder, Muziek, Drank, Lekker eten en natuurlijk de Calisthenics City Battle!

Tijdens deze Calisthenics City Battle 6 heeft de atleet keuze uit 2 verschillende wedstrijd elementen, Het 12 men freestyle toernooi & de Strict Form battles.

(11:00) STRICT FORM - DEADHANG.
Muscle ups | Pull ups | Dips | Push ups

De Strict form deelnemers moeten verplicht 30 minuten vooraf de wedstrijd gewogen zijn en een geldig legitimatie bewijs tonen.
Zoals bij iedere strict form wedstrijd die wij organiseren zullen ook hier de uitslagen worden toegevoegd aan de nationale ranglijsten van de Nederlandse Calisthenics Bond.

LET OP: wil jij dat jou resultaten worden toegevoegd op de Nationale ranglijst, dan is het verplicht om deel te nemen aan: Pull ups + Dips + Push ups
(muscle ups is een vrije keuze)

(15:00) FREESTYLE
1vs1 knock-out toernooi (12 deelnemers)

Het freestyle toernooi zal bestaan uit 12 calisthenics atleten die het tegen elkaar opnemen in 1 vs 1 battles.
Iedere atleet heeft 2x 45 seconden per ronde om te laten zien dat hij meer in huis heeft dan zijn tegenstander.
Er zijn totaal 2 knock-out rondes + de finale die bestaat uit de 3 overgebleven atleten. In de finale heeft iedere atleet 2x 1 minuut de tijd.

PRIJZEN
Voor de winnaar van het freestyle toernooi zal er een beker en een andere mooie prijs klaar staan. Voor de nummers 2 & 3 staat een beker klaar.

Voor de nummers 1 van iedere strict form battle staat een beker klaar. De nummers 2 en 3 ontvangen een medaille.
(De uitslagen worden toegevoegd aan de nationale ranglijsten)

Iedereen die deel neemt aan de #CalisthenicsCityBattle6 ontvangt een goed gevulde goodiebag van Body&fitshop.

Are you ready for a very special calisthenics city battle?

On September 23rd, 2017 we are already organizing the 6th edition of CCB. This time at Mud Masters obstacle run in Biddinghuizen. (Walibi holland)

The Mud Masters Obstacle Run (organisation) will celebrate this year, their 5th anniversary big time. A lot of obstacles, mud, music, drink, Athletes, good food and of course the Calisthenics City Battle 6!

During this Calisthenics City Battle 6 the athlete has a choice of 2 different game elements, The 12 Men Freestyle Tournament & the Strict Form Battles.

(11:00) STRICT FORM - DEADHANG.
Muscle ups | Pull ups | Dips | Push ups
The Strict form of participants must be weighed 30 minutes before the match and show valid proof of identity.

As with any strict form contest we organize, the results will also be added to the national ranking lists of the Dutch Calisthenics Bond.

NOTE: Do you want your results to be added to the National Ranking, then it is required to participate in: Pull ups + Dips + Push ups
(Muscle ups is a free choice)

(15:00) FREESTYLE
1vs1 knockout tournament (12 participants)

The freestyle tournament will consist out of 12 athletes who compete in 1 vs 1 battles.

Every athlete has 2 times 45 seconds each run to show that he has more in his home than his opponent.

There are totally 2 knockout rounds + the final consisting of the 3 remaining athletes. In the final, every athlete has 2 times 1 minute. After that there will be a Nmr 1, 2 and 3.

PRICES
For the winner of the freestyle tournament there will be a cup and another beautiful prize. A cup is ready for numbers 2 & 3.

For the numbers 1 of each strict form battle a cup is ready. The numbers 2 and 3 receive a medal.
(The results will be added to the national rankings)

Everyone who participates in the #CalisthenicsCityBattle6 receives a well-stocked goodiebag from Body & fitshop.
