On Saturday, September 1st, 2018, the first edition of The Ultimate Calisthenics Test will be organized. The Ultimate Calisthenics Test is a competition where teams of 2, battle with the other teams, in an exhausting match in which many elements of calisthenics will occur.

The competition takes place on the "keep moving" sports field, full of ninja / obstacle tracks !! Everyone can use this all day long.

PARTICIPATION: TEAM
A team consists of 2 athletes. Each competition part (A, B, C, D, E) they have to appoint 1 athlete from the team who will participate in that part. Each athlete must participate in at least two competition parts.

The teams will start with part A, if everybody in done we're continue with part B, part C, D, E .... At the end of the day we will know who the winner is!

COMPETITION PARTS
A - STRENGTH.
B - STATIC.
C - POWER.
D - SPEED.
E - DYNAMIC.

WEIGHT CLASS
The total bodyweight of a team.
( 2 persons)
CLASS A + 150KG
CLASS B -150KG

PARTICIPATION COSTS
€ 15 per team (2 people)

STRENGTH
A - STRICT FORM DEAD STOP: MUSCLE UPS & PUSH UPS.
The normal strict form rules are used, incorrect repetitions are deducted from the total
Muscle ups 1 rep = worth 4 points.
Push ups 1 rep = worth 1 point.

STATIC
B - FRONT LEVER, BACK LEVER.
At the front liver, every second is worth 3 points. At the back liver every second is worth 2 points.

POWER
C - WEIGHTED PULL UPS & DIPS.
The normal Strict form weighted rules are used, incorrect repetitions are deducted from the total.
Pull ups + 32KG - 1 rep = worth 3 points.
Dips + 48KG - 1 rep = worth 3 points.

SPEED
D - LEGS (time limit)
50 squats
50 meters lunches
50 meters of sled-pulling
A maximum of 100 points can be earned. The fastest time gets 100 points. The 2nd fastest time 98. The 3rd fastest time 96. Etc. Etc.
The squats and lunches must be carried out correctly, with a minimum bend (angle) of 90 degrees.

DYNAMIC
E - HANDSTAND-PUSH UP & MUSCLE UP-360.

HANSTAND +/- PUSH UPS.
Every second handstand position = worth 1 point. You can earn extra points by performing an HSPU. Every HSPU = worth 3 points.

Each muscle up-360 is worth 3 points. If you hit the ground with your feet, no point is given for that repetition. As soon as you let go of the bar your chance is over. No swing 360, Must be a muscle up, allowed with kipping. (Knee bending), arms must be right over the bar.
