Harrison Park: 1824 S. Wood St, Chicago, Illinois 60608. The competition is on the southwest corner of 18th and Wood in Pilsen.
The Chicago Pull Up Park Jam is back for our 5th annual calisthenics competition.
*** Re-matches will be settled!
*** Visitors from new cities will rise!
*** Rookies will step in and surprise us all!
Pre-registration $15 / $20 at the event / No fee for spectators
Competitors receive a limited t-shirt.
Competitors can register the day of the event in person. A link for online registration will be available a couple months before the event at well.
*****5 EVENTS IN ORDER*****
PULLUPS: Max Out (deadstop every rep, one set max, not timed)
SQUATS: 2 minutes (lockout legs, squat to touch a 12 inch tall box, rest as needed within the 2 min)
DIPS: 2 minutes (deadstop every rep, below 90 degrees, rest as needed within the 2 min)
SITUPS: 2 minutes (elbows to knees, palms of hands on the ears, rest as needed within the 2 min)
PUSHUPS: 2 minutes (full lockout, rest as needed within the 2 min)
OVERALL: Total of the 5 events
Must compete in at least 4 events to be eligible for Top 3 in any event. You cannot save all your energy to compete in 1 event and take home and award in that event, while all other competitors have expended energy competing all 5 events.

All competitors will vie for the Overall and Individual Event Awards in the classes below. ALL MALE COMPETITORS WILL BE WEIGHED AT THE EVENT.

Women's Division
Lightweight | Up to 179 lb
Middleweight | 180 to 199lbs
Heavyweight | 200+
THERE IS NO RAIN DATE: THIS IS A RAIN AND SHINE EVENT. If it rains, the competitors shine, as has been proven in years past, the rain brings out the best competitors and the best in competitors.
