This is a place that was initially built for older people to exercise, but it has 3 very good low bars which can be used for push ups, front levers, back levers, bar dips, planches...
The floor is good enough to perform ab exercises without risking any back pain or injury. The bar is not very high but good enough for pull ups, chin ups... What is essential in this park is to get creative with the material you have, for example using the 90 degree angle at the top of the bar to perform dips.
