The spot is one of two location that is available in the Bridgewood sub-division of Far Northwest "San Antonio." The parking lot has a security camera running 24/7 and people park there anytime day or night.
Equipment available for use:
There are two pull up bars, one "High" bar and one "Low" bar. There is a set of parallel bars, "Monkey bars," two balance beams, a vertical leap testing spot, a spot to do decline sit ups, and a spot to do side lever/ "Human flags" off of.
(Footnotes: 1. The high pull up bar might not be completely level when someone arrives. Feel free to switch sides when training off of it. 2. The parallel bars are not level and seem to have been installed that way. Look at the bars to find an even spot. 3. The available equipment can be used to do other body weight related exercises.)
The decline sit up equipment is at the second training spot within the Bridgwood subdivision. There is a bench without backing to do dragon flags off of, instead of decline sit ups.
