Calisthenics exercise stations at ProMedica Lake Park in Sylvania. There are two entrances to the ProMedica campus from Harroun Rd. Use the southern entrance, immediately turn left into the first parking lot and go all the way to the back of that parking lot row. The fitness stations are just north of that parking lot.
There is a set of 10 triangular stations, grouped in sets of two. Each station is capped with a pyramid top and has easy to follow instructions on each side facing the user.
The stations include upper body warm-up, lower body warm-up, forearm rolls, bench stepper, standing push-up, pull up for wheelchair users, single leg balance, partial lunge, upper body stretch and strengthen, seated curl, back strengthening, hamstring stretch, calf stretch and stretches for wheelchair users. The manufacturer ist LifeTrail.
This cluster of equipment is primarily for people with restricted mobility.
