Summary of editorial
The ground is made of tartan-like red material, similar to a synthetic track. It doesn't really have an "urban"/street feel to it. It has two cage-like modules of horizontal bars, parallel bars, monkey bars, hurdles, vault bars, a couple steps of stairs, 1 aluminium bench, 3 spring wobbling balance pods, 1 balance beam, 1 crunch board. Note that the monkey bars are smaller than usual (about 6 feet and a half or ~2 meters high), and the parallel bars are only 3 feet high (95-100 cm), making it difficult to dip.
This outdoor gym is part of Centre Claude-Robillard, a multi-sport facility in Ahuntsic neighborhood. It's located behind the main building, beyond the outfield fence of a baseball field.
It is often crowded due to being located in a large sport complex, across the street from College Ahuntsic, and the equipment might be used by large groups of people attending an outdoor fitness class. Outdoor gym is behind the 1000 Emile-Journault. It's a 20-minute walk from Cremazie metro station. City bus 146 also stops in front of the main building.
