A basic calisthenics station along with a few other pieces of body weight machine's. While there is not a lot of variety, the park is open and spacious and the playground right next to it is perfect for kids. The mpull up bar is ideal height for adults but the dip bars are a little bit wide. The sidewalk is a good place to do push-ups and bridges and there is a water fountain as well.
