This adiZone park was built for the Olympics in 2012.
In addition to the usual pull-up and parallel bars, it features a range of fitness equipment such as leg press and lat pulldown.
There's a basketball, a tennis wall, a football goal and a big space ideal for 5 a side.
Best of all - there's never anyone there, as the people of Penparcau are on their phones.
It's close to the river so could be combined with a nice flat run.
