The calisthenics part of Downey Park has pullup bars, parallel bars, a vertical/swedish ladder, monkey bars/horizontal ladder, abs bench, and lower bars for pushups and/or rows. It also has some other equipment for balance and other lower body exercises. The calisthenics portion of the park is close to E Colonial Drive and you can see it when driving on E Colonial on your right side. When you enter the park on Flowers Ave, go all the down past the first playground, past the basketball courts, towards the other side where the second playground, restroom area (I believe) and dog park are. That is where the calisthenics portion of the park is. Hope to see you there one day!
