This calisthenics area is down Throld Stone Road and Stanley Avenue (or after the McDonald’s and approximately 100-250 meters after the train tracks if you’re driving right lane down Throld Stone Road) The fitness area has full body compound body weights machines ranging from seated dips, shoulder press, body rows, leg press, elypticals, ab benches and so forth. It also has two-level dip and pull up bars. Sitting benches and tables are offered which are great for eating and relaxing.
