Sparta Calisthenics Academy is located inside Sparta Philippines which is an indoor facility dedicated to all kinds of sports. The "park" is indoors and has a bunch of 7 foot bars, an 8 foot bar, several 6 foot bars, 5 foot bars and high gymnastic rings for pull ups and muscle ups as well as freestyle. Multiple parallel dip bar stations are also available with different heights and bar width and diameter. There are also low bars and gymnastic rings for rows and other exercises. They also have plyo boxes of different heights for step ups, assisted pistol squats or other exercises. The floor is rubber matting great for handstands and there is a smaller turf area as well. The country's premiere calisthenics gym also hosts the annual Hari ng Baras Calisthenics Competition where athletes come from all over the country to compete. Sparta Calisthenics Academy offers group classes and personal training for beginners to advanced level athletes. The gym also has kettlebells, weights and weight belts and jumpropes as well as other bodyweight accessories and toys like paralettes. The building also has a football field, pole dance studio, pilates studio, bike shop, archery center, physiotherapy clinic, boxing center and more. Parking is free and spacious and the location is easy to walk to from the Boni train station.
