A very good place to train.
Fresh clean air, away from main roads, a good track to run, good altitude (+-150m de altitude), and many kind of machines for a good range of exercises.
Rings, Elevated Bars, Bench, different kind of Paralel Bars Bars. The park also have other type of machines, but they are not suitable for chalestenics.
Be aware that when the sun is high the running zone does not have many trees, so shadow is short ! Take a bottle of water with you !
