Las Vegas Barstarzz is also the first calisthenics group in Las Vegas working to spread the art throughout the Las Vegas Valley and inspire others to train their bodies and minds in a more creative way using only bodyweight. We use bodyweight exercises to create new moves and push the physical limits of the human body. We believe working out should be fun, simple and diet should involve lifestyle choices not short-term experiments.
