On September 14, 2019, the city of Genk is organizing their annual sports market with "Game Of Barz".

There are competitions as follows;

12h till 14h00
Max push ups
Max pull ups
Max dips
Max muscle ups

14h30 till 15h30
Freestyle beginners

16h30 till 18h
Freestyle professionals

Max push ups: hitting the fist in the perfect form and locking both arms back counts as 1 push up. So in 100 seconds, you can rest but no knee on the ground or both hands off the ground.

Max pull ups: in a correct posture one hangs on the bar (deadhang) one pulls himself up until the chin above the bar back to the correct position under the bar, this counts as 1 pull up. In 1x that means that you cannot release the bars with both hands.

Max dips: lowering to a minimum of 90 ° in the correct position and extending both arms back counts as 1 dip. This in 100 seconds.

Max muscle ups: hang in the right position. From here one pulls oneself on the bar and extends the arms, back under the bar to a stretched position. One may not go further than the length of the forearm + hand.

Beginners and advanced freestyle:

Static -》 all static (static) elements of at least 3 seconds. The difficulty level of the element is assessed at a point of 10.

Dynamics - all moving (dynamic) elements are assessed on the difficulty level at a point of 10.

Combo -》 all moving (dynamic) and static (static) combinations are assessed at a point of 10. If you only do a dynamic combination, you can score a maximum of 7.5, so the same for only a static combination. If you combine both static and dynamic in 1 combination, you can score the highest points between 7.5 and 10.

Flow - all movements that are done in its entirety. Also movements such as flips, transitions from bar to bar etc.
