The 1-star rating is a bit harsh.
This park has the basics : some lat-pulldown/bench-press devices, pull-up bars and p-bars.
Only downside is that the floor is made of sand, thus very uneven for pushups/handbalancing, and not great for shoes either.
The setting itself is also great, right next to the river and along the bike path.
