Equipment: The park is a hodgepodge of equipment and provides an interesting glimpse into the history of exercise trials in northwest Ohio. Wooden parcourse stations along with pulse signs are interspersed with more modern, metal equipment. Several aerobic stations include a stationary bike, a rowing machine overlooking the water, and ski machines. A squat machine, lat pull-down, and sitting chest press utilize the users body weight during reps. A power tower and dip station with two different heights are available for more traditional calisthenics exercises.
The trail itself winds along the Maumee River and one of its tributaries. The trail is compressed gravel and contains an unique feature for northwest Ohio - a hill!
