Calisthenics gym with some exercise stations at Stormont Estate Park. This pull up bar station is a good spot for training calisthenics or workout with fitness apps. The street workout location can be found along the hiking trail in the park. Also sling trainers are usable on this horizontal bar. Great place for cobination of running and strentgh training.
AndrewC129 (2018): These bars had been taken down as the wood was rotten, but for anyone who doesn't know they have now been replaced with new equipment
Jake McCredie (2018): The park looks amazing i would love for there to be one in my home town Derry/Londonderry.
