The workout park located at the Higham Hill Recreation Ground has high bars or muscle ups and pull ups as well as a swedish wall bar for human flag training. On top of that the park has incline benches for core workout. The pull up bar is pretty low so not the perfect spot for tall guys. Still a decent workout area for athlete which follow calisthenics workout, freeletics (gym), parkour strength workout, ninja warrior workout, bodyweight exercises and bootcamp training.
