The East Point Street Workout is a great outdoor gym in Australia, offering a range of versatile body-weight training components for both able bodied and wheelchair users. With close to 200 square metres of workout space, this street workout offers 2x vertical/dance poles, 2x dip bar stations, 2x ring bars, 2x multi-bars for close/wide grip chin-ups at varying heights, a boxing bag holder and a speed-bag platform, as well as a number of low and high horizontal bar variations for chin-ups, pull-ups, muscle-ups and other calisthenic exercises, including a vertical and a horizontal ladder, triple bar, and a wing overhang.
The station is fully inclusive, with a disability access ramp positioned directly in front of two dedicated disability parking bays inside a free car park catering for up to 30 cars.

The new station includes 2x vertical/dance poles, 2x ring holders, 2x multi-bars, 1x wing overhang, 1x speed bag platform, 1x boxing bag arm, disability components for wheelchair users, and several horizontal bars at varying heights. This is the best outdoor street workout in Australia by far.
