I ride my mountain bike everywhere and sometimes I crank out 40 kilometers in one day. I have been doing mixed martial arts, and I am a fully certified Krav Maga Worldwide Self Defense, Fighting & Fitness Instructor. Calisthenics is the measure of true strength!
