Hey there! I have been in fitness for over twenty years. I love strength training, H.I.I.T., and functional training. I ride my mountain bike everywhere and sometimes I crank out 40 kilometers​ in one day. I have been doing mixed martial arts, and I am a fully certified Krav Maga Worldwide Self Defense, Fighting & Fitness Instructor. Calisthenics​ is the measure of true strength! Calisthenics is new to me and I am loving every workout!!
