This calisthenics spot doesn´t include any pull up bars, there is just a mobility station that can be used as a low pull up bar or swedish wall. Not perfect for advanced street workout training. Just a good spot for training basic exercises like australian pull ups.

Konnte diese Trainingslocation vor einiger Zeit besuchen und habe dort trainiert. Bei der Anlage handelt es sich um einen Standard 4F Circle der Firma Playparc in der Ausstattung ohne Klimmzugstange. Für kleinere Sportler bietet sich hier die Möglichkeit am Beweglichkeitselement (das mit der Leiter) Klimmzüge zu machen. Die weiteren Geräte sind gut für Anfänger im Bereich Bodyweight Training geeignet, aber für fortgeschrittene Sportler bieten sich kaum Möglichkeiten.
