I am a single 53 years old doing my best to include fitness as part of my daily routine. I was thrilled to come upon the bar station on my walk to Starbucks this summer as it wasn't there last year. I intend on using this station all year round. I hope more stations similar to this one yet with another type of body weight equipment pops up in my area soon.
