Bern offers a lot of different training spots all over the city. In my opinion actually the best location is the street workout & calisthenics park in Bümpliz near the sports ground.
Over there you can meet the local calisthenics, freeletics and outdoor fitness athlets and there is a bunch of great equipment like parallel bars, pull up bars, monkey bar and much more stuff.
