The BärnParcours offer you a varied and free outdoor training experience. The newly developed exercises are divided into three performance levels: Level 1, 2 and 3 for connoisseurs, sporty people and ambitious people. One level is to be chosen per exercise.
There is a good selection of various outdoor fitness equipment on the course. Calisthenics athletes will probably be interested in the pull-up bars and the parallel bars, which are located at the back of the Vita course.

Schöner Vita-Parcours mit einer eher kleinen Runde. Der Vorteil an diesem Trimm-Dich-Pfad ist die direkte Verbindung mit der größeren Schleife im Bremwald. Dies ergibt eine sehr lange Laufstrecke, was vor allem Jogger und Läufer freuen wird.
Für Calisthenics-Athleten finden sich am Ende der Runde Klimmzugstangen, sowie Parallel-Barren für Dips und andere Übungen.
Leider ist die Klimmzugstange sehr dünn. Das macht es eher schwer längerfristige Pull-Workout Sessions durchzuführen. Die drei verschiedenen Höhen und die Aufstiegshilfe sind aber durchaus super und ermöglichen verschieden großen Sportlern das Training.
