Monkey Bars

A monkey bar is a horizontal ladder to brachiate trough the bars like a monkey. These horizontal bars are very popular in outdoor fitness parks since many years, because of the flexible use of this equipment.
The orginally use of monkey bar is the exercise "Brachiation". The athlets move vom bar to bar with thier hands like a monkey. The first and last branch is mostly also usable for pull ups / chin ups or muscle up training.
