I started as a runner doing some fitness after my runs (at Parque Romano). This is how I discovered calisthenics and my first aim was to learn how to perform a muscle-up.
In order to learn some techniques, I started doing Crossfit (at CrossFit Kaizen) and later on I completed a calisthenics course at the University of Las Palmas where I also started going to gymnastics classes.
When I go abroad, I love discovering new calisthenics parks.
I'm also a biker.
